    extremely incompetent and unprofessional . i went their to get foreign currency twice and 2 days stand in Line for 30 minutes and when u got to window I told their system is down come tomorrow , next day again i went their and and stand in line waited 45 minutes and finally told they will charge me fee even I have a bank account , they should close this branch or find some professional employees . don't do business with Wellsfargo anymore .

    Lee, resident manager, was very kind and helpful. Location is awesome. Wonderful view of ocean from balcony, plus condo is located at north end of boardwalk away from congestion. We had an efficiency.There were some items in slight disrepair, including peeling wallpaper border in bathroom. Most humorous item was power strip (aka "Plug Monster") in corner of room with cords visible all over the wall. Linen service was very nice. Kitchen had dishwasher, etc. Refrigerator was dorm size. Bicycle storage in basement. Beautiful 9-foot-deep ceramic tile swimming pool with lifeguard on duty during day. Overall very good experience -- lots of fun!

    We finally found our perfect retirement home in Lewes De. After months of searching and many many walk throughs we made our choice. Thank you April Ireland so much for the many weekends you spent with us and showing us so many areas including the Marina's to check out for our boat. Your professionalism, good humor and warmth made this a easy experience for us. Especially at closing when you again went out of your way to help us switch over the utilities from the previous owner. There was always an open communication with Troy, anything I had questions about he was quick to get back to me with the answer or information on how to obtain what I was looking for. Troy has even contacted me on the progress of my land which goes way above and beyond what I am used to.
